ella, ella, ey...

hello, eeee sorry its been SO LONG since i blogged! heres a little post about a print i got from the amazingly talented Ella Mobbs a while ago! i got it in a flash 50% off sale and as id been eyeing up this and a few of the other prints for ages, i knew i had to get it while it was so cheap. this worked out at about £12 INCLUDING shipping from Australia, which is AMAZING.

here is the CUTE sugar skull print i got, and i LOVE IT!

 Ella also included a cute postcard, which is now on my wall above the print, which i put in an old gold frame i had, NICE:

... heres the postcard, some stickers and a lovely business card, which has gone into my little book of business cards/stickers etc.

"Got any Resin?"

thats a quote from 'Waterworld' there, its an epic film.

anyway, heres a post about some of the bits ive made so far with mah resin, i had wanted some for ages, so i finally got some for christmas, and couldnt wait to use it! oh yes!

here are the first EVER bits i made, in their moulds/CASES

 and here are the pieces, out of their moulds/cases, along with a piece i just 'glazed/domed' the top of [hello kitty!]

it did take a few 'gos' at the resin to get used to using it and how long to leave each layer etc, but i think i did ok with the third 'batch' of stuff i made, which included this pretty 'WholeNewWorld' princess Jasmine piece:

 i also made this pretty pink 'SkullCandy' piece:

 here are the 'UndertheSea" and "YoureaStar" pieces, showing the first layers in their cases:

and here is the finished "UnderTheSea" piece, with added wooden beads as pebbles/sand and blue glitter! and it might just be my fave Disney piece so far...

 i also LOVE the red glitter and letter beads in this star piece:

heres a quirky ring i made using teeny little stars, encased within a big star, with some glitter too of course!

 this is one of the latest skull pieces ive made, called "BlueMonday". ive added some blue 'gems' to the front of it and i really like it:

Stick With Me

hello. here is another blog post about stickers, cos i just LOVE EM!

Tim had been tweeting abut the stickers [an amazing skull one in particular!] and when he said he was giving away some packs of stickers, and asked if anyone wanted any, i said "me, me", so he very kindly sent me some. awesome.

Primark Mini Jewellery 'Haul'

ok, so i went to town the other day, and although i am angered at the lack of sizes my local Primark seems to have out on the racks/shelves, i always love their jewellery.

this isnt a proper 'haul' as i only bought a few things, but i thought id share them with you:

 

firstly, i got this sweet pack of 6 earrings, and they were in the SALE for only £1! for six pairs of studs, i HAD to have them!

 

 

then i got this hand harness, cos i had been looking at some on ebay, but this one was only £2, which is great! i did have to alter it a bit though, because ive got quite small hands, but it fits great now:

 

 

then i got this sweet 'Pisces' necklace for only 50p! AMAZING!

 

 

then, this isnt jewellery, but i got it at the same time, so here it is. these nail wraps were also only 50p, so if they dont work, or i mess it up, i dont mind!

ChristmasTime...

"mistletoe and wine..."

 

hello. heres a late-ish post featuring some of the Christmas gifts i got this year.

 

i had a pretty special christmas this year, as for the first time EVER, me and my parents went somewhere on Christmas Day, to my brothers at about 11am! before that we opened our presents from each other at home and i opened the ones from my mates! then we got to my brothers house and had dinner etc and we opened all our presents from my brother and he opened his off us etc. it was a lovely day!

 

here are some of my fave gifts i got this year:

 

 

i actually bought this sweet cupcake trinket box/pot for myself [with my christmas money] for only £2 in wilkinsons. EPIC.

 

 

i also ordered this sweet hello kitty frame from littlewoods and i think it was about £4. i got many hello kitty things this year! YES.

 

 

i got this tiny little 'friends' cushion off my bestie, and i love it! its so sweet.

 

 

here is the lovely jewellery i got this year off my parents, of course i picked it all out myself, its all amazing, of course!

 

 

i got this cute skulls vest top off my brother and katie [his wife-to-be] and they know i love anything with skulls on, so its PERFECT :)

 

 

i got the perfume from Avon off my parents, the wonderfully smelling hello kitty 'body spritz' from my mate Vic, and the mini bottle of Rose off my bestie. good times.

 

 

i got this amazing mustard coloured 'leather' mini satchel off my brother and katie. and i love it!

 

so there, thats some of my fave gifts from Christmas2012.

 

i hope you all had a lovely Christmas and got some lovely gifts!
