hello! how are you all doing? 

i hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year!?

i thought id show you guys some of the awesome Hello Kitty goodies i got for Christmas this year off my family and friends [well last year, technically, woah!] as ive properly turned into a bit of a collector over this past year. ive always LOVED hello kitty, but ive taken collecting a lot more seriously this past year, after being a bit inspired by a youtuber called Dollastic and her amazing toy collections!] 

im always looking for frames, figures, tins, money boxes etc to go on my 'hello kitty' shelves, and of course new plushies/beanies and anything else are always welcome too!

of course this isnt 'bragging', but i always like to see peoples presents and collections, so here goes...

LOOK AT ALL THE HELLO KITTY GOODIES, EEEE!

 my bestie made me a super sweet little hello kitty hamper, featuring this cute little Christmas beanie, among other things. here she is among all my other plushies and beanies!

 in the hamper there was also this mug, Pez dispenser and cute pencil, plus a few other bits! <3

 my brother and sister in law got me this 'make your own beanie' kit, which i might not actually use, but it does look great on my shelf! [the mini gumball machine i got off my 'rents]

 and would yah look at this cute pink hat, pleez? AWESOME.

 theres a story behind this 'party garland'. my mam went to get it for me in store as id seen it online randomly in Lakeland, but they didnt have any in stock online, so she went to have a look but they didnt have any, so she asked about it in the shop and the kind lady said that cos the shop wasnt local to us and we dont drive, that she would order one in and post it to us, which she did, and that was lovely! i havent put it up yet, i might hang it from my shelves though, ey?

see that little hello kitty face on top of the box there? its a mood light. OOH.

 id seen this sweet little 'rose gold' coloured pendant in the Avon book a few months ago, but my mam sneakily told her friend to order it for her so i didnt see it, sneaky sneaky!

 i also got myself [outa my Christmas money off mam and dad] this CUTE little money box/coin bank and look how good it looks on my shelf!?

 here is my shelf, well shelf and a half as my collection continues to grow. of course this doesnt include some of the other hello kitty things in my collection, like plushies/beanies, bags and cushions and a MASSIVE plush. 

what do u think!? i think you can only understand if youre a collector of something or have always wanted to be. im loving my collection so far and will continue to expand and buy more kitty goodies... 

MY TIP: start off with a few bits and buy things that catch your eye! also, sale items are always good!

its my 30th Birthday and i'll blog if i want to...

hello, its been aaages since i blogged. soz.

so, i was sort of dreading turning 30, which i did on saturday. its a 'big' age and it makes you reflect on the things you have and havent done and where youre at in your life compared to other people and blah blah. i knew i wanted to make my 30th birthday a great one, and not think too much about those things, so i set about planning a trip to Edinburgh, cos i LOVE Scotland, and i had been to Edinburgh a good few times before, so i knew there were lots of shops to look at and places to see etc [you can see my photos from the zoo in another post]

i got some gifts from friends a few days before my birthday, as they knew id be away so wanted to give me gifts earlier.

i got some pretty flowers delivered, from my beautiful bestie. we are also going for a quirky 'mad hatters' afternoon tea on saturday, which i CANNOT WAIT FOR <3

another friend of mine got me some wine, now, im not a big drinker, but its nice to have a bottle on hand incase i fancy some wine with a meal. ... and, as you can see from the photo, she also got me a CUTE hello kitty beanie plush, with a little skull on it, how lovely! it goes with my collection in 'KittyKorner' in my room, as shown in a later photo!

i went out for a meal with my friends on the friday night before i went to Edinburgh, we were supposed to go out for drinks too, but we didnt end up going for various reasons, which was disappointing, but hey ho!

my lovely friend Vic gave me some gifts when we were out, one of which i ate before i could take a pic, but it was a very sweet tin of Lindt chocolates, YUM. and she gave me this Daisy perfume gift set, which is refillable, YEY:

i also got some hello kitty goodies from my parents, a sweet little strawberry scented jewellery box and a strawberry scented money box, which i had spotted in the Argos sale and told my mam to get for me, lol! <3

im grateful for all the cards, gifts and money i got and im gona save most of the money for my next tattoo, my first one in colour, a pretty pink rose, i cant wait! but ill have to, as i need to save a LOT more money, DAMMIT!

"all i GOT for Christmas..." Christmas 2014 HAUL!

i do hope you had a lovely Christmas and New Year, and im sorry this post is a few days later than it should have been.

like last year, im going to show you some of the gifts i got for Christmas, and once again, im not showing off, or bragging or anything, its just nice to share what i got, and i know some people like to have a nosey at what other people got for Chrimbles! so here goes:

firstly, i got this AMAZING glass box off my parents, the patterns on it are so so beautiful and i just LOVE IT!

ive put the two necklaces and stretchy ring i got this year in my pretty new box, eeee, lovely!

i had seen this AMAZING 'coin bank' in a local Hallmark shop a few months ago while i was in there with my bestie, and i told my mam about it, saying it was cute, but that i already had a money box! and then she got my dad to go get it for me, how lovely! i LOVE IT!

here is the coin bank disguised within my hello kitty plushie collection, EPIC!

i knew i was getting this awesome Boo [the cutest dog in the world] purse, as i had spotted it in the sale section online in Littlewoods, and YEY, how CUTE!?

 ive wanted to try Frizz Ease for AGES, and when i saw this little 'kit', i thought id give it a go, i havent tried it yet, but hopefully itll make my curls nicer/less FRIZZY!?

 i LOVE impulse body sprays and always have one in my bag/room, so this cute little set will be really handy, the tin is so pretty too!

i got this ADORABLE hello kitty nail varnish set from my mate, among other things, and i just LOVE IT. im gona use 'em VERY SOON! <3

 i got this CUTE hello kitty lip gloss and compact mirror set off my bestie, LOOK AT IT! :)

i also got this sweet-smelling Vera Wang 'Pink Princess' perfume off my bestie, its in an insanely GLITTERY heart shaped bottle and its unreal.

i got this pink TARTAN hat and matching mini bag from my brother and sister in law, cos they know i love tartan, AND pink! AYEEE.

 my lovely little brother and sister-in-law also got me a pile of Reeses goodies, probs when they were in America last year, most of which i ate before taking this pic, LOLS.

they also got me this MASSIVE Soap and Glory set, which has some great goodies in, like Clean on Me and Hand Food, both of which ive had before and i LOVE.

ok, so thats just some of the amazing gifts i got this year, i hope youve liked having a nosey, and if youve got a post about your haul, comment me a link to it and ill have a nosey!

ella, ella, ey...

hello, eeee sorry its been SO LONG since i blogged! heres a little post about a print i got from the amazingly talented Ella Mobbs a while ago! i got it in a flash 50% off sale and as id been eyeing up this and a few of the other prints for ages, i knew i had to get it while it was so cheap. this worked out at about £12 INCLUDING shipping from Australia, which is AMAZING.

here is the CUTE sugar skull print i got, and i LOVE IT!

 Ella also included a cute postcard, which is now on my wall above the print, which i put in an old gold frame i had, NICE:

... heres the postcard, some stickers and a lovely business card, which has gone into my little book of business cards/stickers etc.

REVIEW: "megexpressions" Glasses/Sunglasses Pouch.

hello, i hope youre all well.

today im doing a review of a beautifully handmade glasses/sunglasses pouch from 'megexpressions'

Meghan is so lovely, we've followed each other on twitter for ages, and she kindly asked me if id like to review one of her items, in particular the glasses pouches, as im a spectacle wearer, i said yes!

all of her products are made using re-cycled fabrics, which is nice!

she asked me to pick a pouch, but as i liked all of the designs in her shop, i said she could surprise me, and she did!

the package came addressed to Clare Bear, LOLS :)

heres the pouch:

the pouch is SO WELL MADE! srsly, the finish is excellent and i love the colours, fabrics and the cute buttons on this pouch!

heres some pics of the back of the pouch and the inside and stuff:

denim, classic. 

 a sweet stamped logo inside the pouch.

and as you can see, the pouch is lined with a pretty vintage floral fabric, sweet!

aaand... here are my glasses IN THE POUCH. i know, right!?

i LOVE my glasses pouch, and would highly recommend megexpressions' products, which as well as glasses pouches include purses, card wallets and bags!
